Compliance

In the Organization, Compliance is the Business Registration area for the legal businesses and carrier registrations used for messaging and voice.

Before You Begin​

  • Have organization admin access.
  • Gather the legal business information, authorized representative details, and address you will submit for carrier review.

Add a Business Profile​

  1. Open Compliance and choose Add Business.
  2. Complete the Business step with the legal name, business type, required registration details, operating regions, and industry.
  3. Continue to Contact. Enter the business website and the authorized representative's details.
  4. Continue to Address and enter the business address, then choose Create.

The wizard checks required fields and rejects a legal name already used by another business in the Organization. Review the information before creating the business.

Complete the Profile and Review Status​

  1. Open the new business. Its status page shows the current verification state and separate Messaging and Voice sections.
  2. Open Settings to review or complete the business profile. Save draft changes with the floating save bar.
  3. Follow the missing-field or evaluation guidance on the status page. Submit the profile for review only when the Submit for review control is available and the saved details are correct.
  4. Return to the status page to review brand and campaign registration under Messaging, and voice trust products under Voice.

Profiles in carrier review and approved profiles are read-only. Review the status and any returned reasons before deciding what to do next.

What You Should See​

Each business has a verification state, a profile settings page, and separate messaging and voice registration status. A created profile is not the same as an approved carrier registration.
