Weekly Release Notes - Week of March 20 - March 26, 2026

What's New This Week

We're excited to bring you powerful new integrations this week that expand how you can connect and sync your knowledge bases with Gravity Rail. Our new Confluence integration lets you automatically sync entire knowledge spaces into organized folders, while NetSuite integration provides powerful automation capabilities for your business workflows.

We've also made significant improvements to how we handle file synchronization and search, with smarter duplicate detection and automatic reindexing that keeps your content searchable without any manual intervention. These enhancements mean less time managing syncs and more time focusing on what matters most to your organization.

New Features

Confluence Knowledge Base Integration

You can now connect your Confluence spaces directly to Gravity Rail. This integration automatically syncs your Confluence pages into organized folders within your workspace, maintaining the structure of your knowledge base. Files are kept up-to-date automatically, and you can trigger full re-syncs whenever needed. This makes it easy for AI assistants to access and reference your team's documentation and knowledge articles when helping members.

NetSuite Business Automation

We've added NetSuite integration capabilities that allow you to automate business processes between Gravity Rail and your NetSuite environment. This integration uses pre-populated forms to streamline data entry and ensures consistent information flow between systems, helping you maintain accurate records across your business operations.

Enhanced File Search and Reindexing

We've introduced an automatic reindexing system that keeps your synced files searchable as they change. When files are updated through integrations, they're automatically reindexed in the background so search results stay current. You can also access a new folder-based search interface that makes it easier to find specific files within your connected knowledge bases.

Full Resynchronization Controls

For all your connected integrations, you can now trigger complete re-syncs directly from the sync logs interface. A convenient checkbox lets you start fresh when needed, ensuring your workspace has the most up-to-date information from connected systems like Monday.com, Salesforce, and now Confluence.

  • More detailed logging that shows file names and paths in sync histories for easier troubleshooting

Editor Experience

  • Clarified the markdown editor mode toggle to better indicate which mode you're switching to
  • Renamed the "Raw Mode" label to "Plain Text" for better clarity, though both modes support markdown formatting

Integration Reliability

  • Enhanced error handling for file synchronization processes, with better recovery from transient issues
  • Improved real-time update notifications during long-running sync operations
  • More robust handling of external identifiers when reconnecting to previously synced content

  • Better handling of special characters in database queries for more reliable search results

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where workspace imports could create duplicate folders instead of merging folders with the same name
  • Resolved problems with file change notifications not being delivered in certain scenarios
  • Corrected handling of stale links when files are moved or reorganized in external systems
  • Fixed database query issues that could occur with certain special characters in folder names
  • Resolved sync status display issues in the logs interface
