Weekly Release Notes - Week of April 23 - April 30, 2026

What's New This Week​

This week we focused on improving the reliability of automated workflows and enhancing the member management experience. We resolved a critical issue that could prevent scheduled messages from reaching members, ensuring your automated communications now work consistently whether they're sent immediately or scheduled for later delivery. We also fixed a technical issue that was causing problems when filtering member lists using custom field criteria.

Behind the scenes, we've updated several core infrastructure components to maintain security and performance, and made improvements to our deployment systems to ensure faster, more reliable releases.

Bug Fixes​

Scheduled Message Delivery​

Fixed a critical issue where automated messages configured with a delay were not being delivered to members. Previously, when you set up workflow rules to send messages after a delay (for example, sending a follow-up message 3 seconds after a task starts), the system would record the message as sent but it wouldn't actually appear in the chat or be delivered via SMS or email. This has been fully resolved, and all scheduled messages now deliver reliably.

Member Filtering Interface​

Resolved an issue that could cause the member list page to become unresponsive when applying filters based on custom enum fields. The filtering interface now handles all field types smoothly and reliably.
