Your workspace brings your team's channels, instructions, records, and follow-up into one place. This tour introduces the sidebar so you know where to go when you want to build something, find a Member, or see what happened.
Before you begin
Open a workspace you can access. The tour uses a demonstration workspace; yours may show different entries depending on your role and configuration.
Find the right place

Explore your workspace
- Open Dashboard and look at the setup progress and Chats by channel.
- Open Workflows. A Workflow holds an Agent's instructions, information, and Abilities for a single experience.
- Open Journeys. A Journey arranges steps and actions over time for each Member.
- Open Knowledge and Members to see where your team's records live.
- Open Connections to find the channels and apps available in the workspace.
You do not need to change anything during this tour. Use synthetic records when trying the examples in later lessons.
Check your understanding
Find the section you would use to invite a colleague, the section for changing business hours, and the place where you would review a Chat. If an entry is missing, ask your workspace manager whether your role has access to it.
