Weekly Release Notes - Week of February 5 - February 12, 2026
What's New This Week
This week brought powerful new features that give you more control over how your assistants communicate and how your teams navigate the platform. We're particularly excited about the introduction of custom pronunciation controls, which allow you to ensure your assistants correctly pronounce industry-specific terms, names, and phrases during voice conversations.
We've also reimagined how you navigate between organizations and workspaces with an intuitive new sidebar experience. Behind the scenes, we've made significant improvements to voice call reliability and added new safeguards to prevent automation loops, ensuring your workflows run smoothly and predictably.
New Features
Custom Pronunciation Controls
You can now teach your voice assistants how to pronounce specific terms, names, and phrases. Organization administrators can define pronunciations that apply across your entire team, while individual users can add personal pronunciation preferences for their own calls. The system includes a preview feature that lets you hear exactly how words will sound before saving them, ensuring your assistants communicate clearly and professionally with your specific terminology.
Enhanced Organization and Workspace Navigation
The sidebar now features an intelligent organization switcher that makes it easy to move between different organizations and their workspaces. When you search for workspaces, results are automatically grouped by organization, with your current organization pinned to the top for quick access. Organization administrators will also see direct links to organization settings right from the switcher.
Event Rule Loop Detection
Added automatic detection and prevention of infinite loops in workflow automation rules. The system now monitors for circular event chains and stops them before they can cause problems, keeping your workflows running efficiently and preventing accidental resource consumption.
Enhanced Voice Call Playback
Voice call recordings now use improved audio playback technology, providing better quality and more reliable performance when reviewing past conversations.
