Weekly Release Notes - Week of July 9 - July 16, 2026
What's New This Week
This week brings exciting new capabilities for embedding Gravity Rail into your websites and applications, along with enhanced Salesforce integration options and significant reliability improvements. We've introduced a comprehensive Widget Embed Studio that makes it easier than ever to add chat capabilities to your web properties, and we've expanded our Salesforce integration with a new authentication method designed for long-term server-to-server connections.
Behind the scenes, we've made numerous improvements to system reliability and security to ensure your experience remains smooth and dependable.
New Features
Widget Embed Studio
We've launched a brand new Widget Embed Studio that makes it simple to add Gravity Rail chat to your website. The studio provides live previews of how widgets will appear on your site and generates ready-to-use code snippets for popular frameworks including React, Vue, Angular, HTML, and Next.js. You can now configure widgets for specific domains, choose between different chat modes (simple chat, full chat app, or inline embedded chat), and see exactly how they'll look before going live.
Salesforce Server-to-Server Authentication
For organizations that need long-running Salesforce integrations, we've added support for client credentials authentication (also known as server-to-server flow). This authentication method is ideal for automated workflows and doesn't require repeated manual login, making your Salesforce integrations more reliable and easier to maintain.
