Prompt Templates

Templates insert values into prompts and outbound messages. Use double curly braces for a value and Jinja syntax for conditional content.

Hello {{ member.first_name }}.
{% if member.data.profile.company %}
Company: {{ member.data.profile.company }}
{% endif %}

This greeting requires a rendering context with a Member. The Form slug profile and field slug company are examples: replace them with your published Form's slugs.

In formatted template editors, type {{ to open variable autocomplete. Type to filter the available paths, then select a result with Enter, Tab, or the pointer. Use the toolbar inserter to browse namespaces.
