Healthie Connection

The Healthie connection uses a Healthie API key and GraphQL endpoint. Add the connection through App Connections; use Healthie's official instructions to obtain a key for the correct environment.

Credentials and endpoint​

Healthie API access is enabled for eligible Healthie accounts. A Healthie administrator can create a production key in Settings → Developer → API Key; see Generate API Keys on Production. Healthie provides separate production and sandbox environments, so keep the key and endpoint from the same environment. Gravity Rail's default GraphQL endpoint is https://api.gethealthie.com/graphql.

The key authorizes the Healthie connection. It is not a per-Member credential. For Healthie's API fields and operations, use the Healthie API documentation and API overview.

Each linked Member is associated with the corresponding Healthie patient ID in the connection-managed field healthie:patient_id. Use the connection's Member linking or reconciliation flow to pair an existing Member with the correct Healthie patient. Do not use a matching email as a substitute for the Healthie patient ID.
