What's New This Week​

This week we focused on making your voice and SMS communications more reliable and responsive. We've significantly improved voice call quality by reducing echo and background noise issues that could sometimes interrupt conversations. Our SMS messaging system is now smarter about handling delivery issues, and we've made it easier to register and manage phone numbers for text messaging campaigns.

We also enhanced our Monday.com integration with better matching options and improved data synchronization. Behind the scenes, we strengthened security across the platform and optimized infrastructure to ensure fast, reliable service for all your workflows.

Phone Number Registration Wizard​

A streamlined wizard now guides you through the A2P (Application-to-Person) registration process for SMS messaging. This makes it easier to set up and manage phone numbers for compliant text messaging campaigns, with clear status tracking throughout the registration process.

Configurable Monday.com Matching Strategies​

You now have more control over how Gravity Rail matches and syncs data with Monday.com. Configure matching strategies to better align with your specific workflow needs and ensure data flows correctly between systems.
