Weekly Release Notes - Week of March 27 - April 2, 2026
What's New This Week
This week brings significant improvements to our healthcare integrations and agent experience, along with important updates to our legal documentation. We've made it easier to control exactly how data imports from electronic health records, and given you more control over your AI agent's audible feedback.
We've also streamlined our billing system to make credit management simpler and more transparent across your organization. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to providing healthcare organizations with secure, compliant, and user-friendly tools that adapt to your specific workflows.
New Features
Enhanced eCW Import Controls
You now have precise control over which data columns are imported when bringing patient records from eCW CSV files into Gravity Rail. This new column selection interface lets you choose exactly which fields to include, making it easier to import only the information you need while maintaining data quality and reducing clutter. This is especially helpful when working with large CSV exports that contain fields you don't use in your workflows.
Agent Thinking Sound Volume Control
AI agents can now have their "thinking" sound volume adjusted independently. This new control allows you to customize the audio feedback your agents provide when processing information during voice interactions. You can make these indicators more subtle or turn them down entirely based on your preference, without affecting the main conversation volume.
Unified Billing Management
We've simplified how credits work across your organization. Credit billing is now managed at the organization level with a unified interface that makes it easier to track usage, view subscription details, and manage payment methods. The new system provides clearer visibility into your AI credit consumption and phone number costs, all in one place.
Telephonic Encounter Recording for eCW
Healthcare teams using eCW can now automatically record telephonic encounters directly from agent conversations. When enabled, completed patient chats are automatically documented as telephonic encounters in your eCW system, ensuring proper clinical documentation without manual data entry. This helps maintain compliance and complete medical records for phone-based patient interactions.
