Weekly Release Notes - Week of June 18 - June 25, 2026

What's New This Week

This week we focused on improving reliability, expanding multilingual support, and making data management easier for your team. We've enhanced how you handle SMS compliance for text messaging campaigns, made it simpler to spot and fix data import issues, and added translations across more parts of the platform. Behind the scenes, we've improved system stability with better error handling and performance optimizations to ensure a smooth experience.

Whether you're managing patient enrollments, importing member data, or working with teams across different languages, this week's updates help you work more efficiently and confidently.

New Features

We've introduced a dedicated SMS Consent editor in organization settings, making it easier to manage opt-in language for your text messaging campaigns. You can now customize consent checkbox text and disclosure language per brand, preview how it appears to recipients, and link each brand to its enrollment site. This ensures your SMS campaigns meet compliance requirements and that consent language stays consistent across all touchpoints.

Enhanced Data Import Error Reporting

When importing member data or form records via CSV, you'll now receive clear error messages if any rows fail to import. Previously, failed imports could show a misleading success message. Now you'll see specific feedback about what went wrong—whether it's missing required fields, invalid values, or other issues—so you can quickly correct and re-import your data.
