This week brought significant enhancements to our communication capabilities, user management, and system security. We've introduced new ways to interact with your assistants, improved the reliability of voice and messaging features, and strengthened our authentication and data protection systems.

Our team has been hard at work improving the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that powers your workflows, resulting in faster response times and more stable operations. We've also made it easier for administrators to manage team members and access controls, while ensuring that all improvements maintain our commitment to healthcare compliance and data security.

New Features​

Direct Messaging with Assistants​

You can now have direct message conversations with your assistants, providing a more personal and streamlined communication channel for quick questions and one-on-one interactions.

Enhanced our voice system to properly handle calls from unknown or unverified callers with a new consent flow, ensuring compliance while maintaining a smooth caller experience.

Enhanced Data Import Capabilities​

Bulk data record creation now supports member identification using external IDs, making it easier to integrate data from your existing systems.

Dependent Form Fields​

Forms now support conditional field visibility based on other field values, allowing you to create more dynamic and context-aware data collection workflows.

Member Dashboard​

Introduced a new operator dashboard view that provides quick access to member information and activity, helping care teams stay informed and responsive.

Slack and Discord Agent Integrations​

Assistants can now interact through Slack and Discord channels, expanding the ways your team can communicate and collaborate.

Advanced AI Model Support​

Added support for new AI models including the Kimi K2 Thinking model, providing more options for specialized reasoning and analysis tasks.
