Weekly Release Notes - Week of September 24 - October 1, 2026
What's New This Week
This week we've added new ways to reach the people you serve and more control over the automations behind them. Anonymous Forms let you collect submissions from visitors who can't sign in — perfect for a QR-code poster in a waiting room — and appear right on a Site beside your other Forms. Notifications now ask you explicitly who should receive them, so a staff alert never accidentally reaches a patient. You can also set several fields of a Form in a single automation step, pause a Journey while a teammate is handling a Member's Chat, and build conditions around each Member's own local time.
We also made the platform more dependable where it matters day to day. Members can now share a phone number or email address without it blocking an import or a new record, connections that need reconnecting say so clearly and keep their history visible, and file search blends keyword and meaning-based matching for better results. Billing for SMS now reflects the true cost of sending, and the Manager assistant gained a model picker alongside new model choices. As always, we continue ongoing security and reliability hardening across the platform.
New Features
Anonymous Forms
You can now create a Form for visitors who aren't Members and don't sign in — for example, from a QR-code poster in a waiting room. Choose it on a public Site, and each visit becomes a separate submission listed read-only on the Form's Entries tab.
Choose Who Receives a Notification
The Send Notification action now asks you to pick a recipient: a specific team Member, or the Member the event is about. Alerts meant for staff can no longer be sent to a patient by accident.
Update Several Form Fields at Once
A Form Field Update rule can now set more than one field of the same Form in a single write — for example a step's status and the date it was reached — with one rule instead of two, saved together as a unit.
Pause a Journey During a Human Handoff
A Journey can now wait while a person is handling one of a Member's Chats — a paused assistant, or an escalation nobody has answered yet — instead of starting its next step. The step resumes once the Chat is handed back, and the Member's Journeys tab explains why it is paused.
Conditions by the Member's Local Time
Filters and Journey branches can now match on a Member's local weekday, hour, or time, so outreach can respect the time where the Member actually is.
Add Any Published Workflow to a Bundle
A published Workflow can now be added to a Bundle without publishing it again. The picker flags anything a Bundle can't carry yet and names the reason before you save.
Improvements
Files and Search
- Folder search now combines keyword and meaning-based matching, so a search finds a document whether you remember its exact words or only its gist.
- A file's uploader is now shown under its Created information, and redundant titles are removed.
Dashboards
- The Workflow runs tile lets you choose the period its bars cover — the last 24 hours, 7 days (the default), 30 days, or all time — and scales the bars to the busiest Workflow.
Forms and Entries
- Entries created by test runs are hidden from a Form's default "All entries" view. A new "Test entries" view shows them, and exports still include everything.
- Clearing the filter bar on a saved view now returns to that saved view rather than showing everything.
Members and Contacts
- A phone number or email another Member already holds no longer blocks a new record or an import: the first holder keeps it as the primary contact, and the shared value is kept as an additional contact for the others.
- Shared contact details can now be added, updated, and promoted through the member API and import, with a clear report of which rows share a value.
- The Agent role and the human roles are no longer interchangeable: an Agent Member can hold the Agent role, and a person can hold any built-in role except Agent.
Business Registration
- Campaign copy is saved, then submitted once the brand is approved, and is read-only while carriers review it. A rejected campaign can be reviewed and resubmitted in place, without a second review charge.
App Connections
- A connection that needs reconnecting now shows a "Reconnect required" status with a clear alert, and keeps its run and rule history visible read-only until it is reconnected.
Manager
- The Manager Chat now has a model picker and a reasoning-effort control, with new choices including GPT-6.1 Sol, Claude 5.5 Sonnet and Opus, and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash. The default chat model is now GPT-6 Luna.
Activity Feed
- The Type filter now offers Select all and None, and hovering a type's count turns it into "only" to keep just that type.
Library and Bundles
- The owned-Bundles tab is now "Mine", Bundle cards are clickable, detail cards sit side by side on wide screens, and the description field sizes to its content.
Billing
- SMS messages are now billed at an updated per-segment rate. Voice and email rates are unchanged.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where automated AI calls could still be placed after a Member texted STOP. A texted STOP now also opts the Member out of automated calls, and texting START lifts it.
- Fixed an issue where the Needs Response list didn't refresh after a reply was sent from the assistant path.
- Fixed archived email PDFs dropping column and row spans, so tables render correctly.
- Fixed an issue where sending to a landline number was reported as a hard failure; it is now correctly treated as a non-mobile destination.
- Fixed an issue where unlinking a workspace phone number could leave a stale carrier reference behind.
- Fixed an issue where a refusal to release a phone number did not reach the person who requested it.
- Fixed an issue where a voice call could fail on an empty media frame.
- Fixed the campaign page not showing its SMS campaign.
- Fixed inconsistent labelling of Members without a name across the app.
Performance Enhancements
- CRM connections now read only the records you've linked during inbound sync, cutting the volume processed on each run.
- Journey auto-enrollment now runs as bounded per-Journey work, keeping enrollments steady during busy periods.
- Increased the platform's capacity to handle peak usage.
- Dashboard bars now scale to the busiest Workflow, keeping the tile readable at any volume.
