Weekly Release Notes - Week of March 13 - March 19, 2026

What's New This Week

This week we're excited to bring you WhatsApp messaging support, a major milestone that expands how you can communicate with your members. We've also streamlined our self-service signup experience with integrated billing, making it easier for new teams to get started with the right plan for their needs.

Behind these headline features, we've continued our commitment to reliability and usability with important improvements to voice calls, HubSpot integration capabilities, and data filtering tools. We've also enhanced accessibility across multiple areas of the platform, making Gravity Rail easier to use for everyone.

New Features

WhatsApp Messaging

You can now communicate with your members via WhatsApp. This popular messaging channel works seamlessly alongside your existing SMS capabilities, using the same phone numbers and configuration options you're already familiar with. AI assistants can send and receive WhatsApp messages just like SMS, and you have full control over which phone numbers have WhatsApp enabled. This gives your members more flexibility in how they choose to connect with your services.

Streamlined Self-Service Signup

New users can now sign up and select a subscription plan in a single, guided experience. Our setup assistant walks you through choosing the right plan for your organization and workspace needs, with clear pricing information and immediate billing integration. Free plans are activated instantly, while paid plans use a secure checkout flow to get you started quickly and transparently.

Enhanced HubSpot Note Templates

When creating automated notes in HubSpot from chat conversations, you can now include chat summaries and titles in your note templates. This makes it easier to capture the essence of a conversation in your CRM without manual copying. To ensure summaries are ready when notes are created, we've added a minimum 5-minute delay for chat-triggered note syncing.

Customizable Anonymous Caller Messages

Workspace managers can now customize the message played to anonymous callers who don't provide identification. This gives you more control over your phone experience and helps you guide callers to provide the information your team needs.
