Weekly Release Notes - Week of January 15 - January 22, 2026

What's New This Week​

This week, we focused on improving reliability, security, and workflow management across the platform. We've enhanced our spam detection capabilities to better protect your inbox, continued our security and reliability hardening, and made workspace setup smoother than ever. You'll also notice improvements to chat management, auto-assignment accuracy, and several interface refinements that make common tasks easier to complete.

Behind the scenes, we've resolved numerous stability issues and upgraded core components to ensure the platform continues to run smoothly and securely for your team.

New Features​

Review Chats with Your Workspace Manager​

You can now review conversations with your workspace manager directly from the chat interface. A new "Review with Manager" button in the chat sidebar makes it easy to escalate or discuss specific conversations, with full context automatically included.

Enhanced Spam Detection​

We've introduced advanced spam scoring to help protect your communications. The system now automatically identifies and flags suspicious messages, keeping your inbox cleaner and more secure.

Improved Auto-Assignment Logic​

Task auto-assignment is now smarter when multiple staff members are equally qualified. The system uses intelligent randomization to ensure fair distribution when there's a tie, preventing the same person from always being selected.

  • Better handling of workspace imports, including support for calendar events and custom toolkits

  • Member filters now persist in the URL, making it easier to share filtered views with colleagues
  • Improved dark mode text visibility when viewing email threads
  • Fixed an issue where modals would unexpectedly close when notifications appeared

Workflow Management​

  • Event rules and workflow settings now save immediately without requiring additional confirmation
  • Activity feed now correctly displays workflow block actions
  • Phone number selections in workflows are properly preserved when editing

User Interface​

  • Fixed filter controls on the actions page that weren't responding correctly
  • Dropdown menus now close properly when clicking outside them
  • Improved insert menu for adding multiple workflow blocks at once

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed an issue where call forwarding could fail without clear error messages
  • Resolved a problem that prevented certain workspace configurations from importing correctly
  • Corrected login behavior to prevent unnecessary service notifications
  • Fixed database connection issues during workspace creation that could cause delays
  • Resolved an error where targeting the wrong team member in automated rules
  • Fixed a display issue in the workflow activity timeline
