What's New This Week​

This week brought significant improvements to system reliability, workspace management, and administrative tools. We focused on enhancing the voice calling experience with better call handling and audio quality, while also making it easier for administrators to manage their organizations and transfer workspace configurations between environments.

We've also strengthened data import capabilities with new bulk operations, improved workspace export reliability, and enhanced security measures throughout the platform. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to building a robust, secure, and user-friendly healthcare communication platform.

New Features​

Bulk Data Import​

You can now import large datasets more efficiently with our new bulk data import capability. This feature allows you to upload multiple data records at once, making initial setup and data migration much faster and more reliable.

Organization Count Indicators​

The organization selector now displays member counts for each organization, making it easier to understand the size and scope of your organizations at a glance.

Enhanced Workspace Transfer​

Workspace configurations can now be transferred between environments with improved validation and error reporting. The system automatically detects potential issues like broken references or archived content, helping you ensure clean migrations.

Verification Status Indicators​

Administrator account tables now show verification status at a glance, making it easier to track account setup completion and identify accounts that need attention.
