Weekly Release Notes - Week of February 27 - March 5, 2026
What's New This Week
This week brought powerful new capabilities for CRM integration, enhanced voice call experiences, and improved tools for evaluating assistant performance. We've added Salesforce as a fully integrated CRM option, making it easier to sync your customer relationship data with member conversations. Voice calls are now more accurate with better timezone handling for scheduled tasks and improved language detection. We've also introduced new qualification tools that help you measure and improve how your assistants are performing.
These updates reflect our continued focus on helping you manage healthcare conversations with confidence and clarity.
New Features
Salesforce CRM Integration
You can now connect your Salesforce account directly to the platform. This new integration includes a complete OAuth setup flow, member reconciliation tools, and the ability to sync customer data between Salesforce and your workspace. The integration appears in your settings when enabled and provides a seamless way to unify your CRM and care coordination workflows.
Qualification Tools for Assistants
New workspace management tools let you evaluate assistant performance using tool call analysis. These tools help you measure how effectively your assistants are using available capabilities, providing insights that can improve conversation quality and outcomes.
Enhanced Workspace Export
Workspace export now supports exporting specific workflows with new filtering options. You can now use scope filters and workflow identifiers to export exactly what you need, making it easier to migrate configurations or share setups across environments.
