Weekly Release Notes - Week of April 9 - April 16, 2026

What's New This Week

This week focused on enhancing the voice call experience and improving data integration capabilities. We've made voice interactions feel more natural with better audio quality and new conversational features. Search functionality has been unified across all your connected systems, making it easier to find the information you need regardless of where it lives.

We also made significant improvements to accessibility, ensuring that all users can navigate and manage workflows efficiently. Behind the scenes, we've strengthened system reliability and updated security components to keep your data safe.

New Features

Natural Conversational Pauses During Voice Calls

Voice assistants can now use natural spoken filler phrases like "let me check that" or "one moment please" while processing information during calls. This creates a more human-like conversation experience and helps callers understand that the assistant is actively working on their request, not just silent.

Real-Time Call Monitoring

Supervisors can now listen to live voice calls as they happen. When monitoring an active call, you'll hear both the caller and the assistant in real-time, making it easier to provide support and ensure quality interactions. The monitor feature includes clear visual indicators showing when a call is being listened to.

Unified Search Across All Connections

When searching for members or contacts, you can now search across all your connected systems - including electronic health records, CRM platforms, and project management tools - from a single search interface. Results are intelligently matched and deduplicated, so you'll see one unified view regardless of which systems contain the information.
