Invitations

The Invitations section changes with your access. Organization admins manage invitations to join the Organization. Other members see Workspace invitations addressed to them for Workspaces in this Organization.

Send an Organization Invitation

  1. As an Organization admin, open Invitations and choose Add Member.
  2. Enter an email address and choose an allowed organization role. An Organization Admin can invite a Member. Inviting another Admin or Owner requires the current Owner. Platform Support is reserved for Gravity Rail support.
  3. Choose Continue. Review the email and role, add an optional message, then choose Send Invitation.

The recipient must accept using a verified email matching the invitation. Invitation links expire after the configured period, which defaults to seven days. Resending an Invited row creates a new link and resets its expiry.

Review Invitation Status

The admin table shows the invitee, role, status, and when the invitation was sent. Status values are requested, invited, granted, denied, declined, and blocked. Link expiry is separate from status; an expired link does not create a separate expired status.

  • Choose Resend on an Invited row to issue a fresh link.
  • Choose Delete on an Invited or Requested row to remove that invitation record.
  • Other statuses do not show these actions.

The table keeps completed and declined outcomes visible for follow-up; use the status column to distinguish those records from invitations that can still be resent.

Respond to a Workspace Invitation

If you are not an Organization admin, review the Workspace name and inviter on each card. Choose Accept to accept the invitation or Decline to reject it. The list refreshes after your choice.

What You Should See

Admins can track the invitation record and its sent time. Recipients can accept or decline the Workspace invitations shown for them. The invitation list does not display a link's expiry date. Use the sent time and status to identify which row needs follow-up.
