Phone Voice
Start with your phone number's Voice rules, then configure the Agent's voice and test the actual call experience.
Watch Member Call Routing
The walkthrough configures an existing number: Member calls reach a Workflow during business hours and voicemail after hours. It does not purchase a number or change anonymous-caller and messaging rules.

Set Up Your Line
- Register or select a number, enable voice, and choose its owner or answering destination.
- Configure Voice routing rules. Review anonymous callers separately from Members. Put voicemail or a message rule after a human ring rule.
- Check the business hours and timezone used by scheduled rules.
- Configure the Agent's voice and place a test call. The routing Test tool shows a rule match; it does not place a call or confirm that someone will answer.
