Web Voice
Web voice lets a visitor speak with an Agent in the browser without calling a telephone number. Start with the Site and the Workflow that answers.
Prepare the Experience
- Create or open a Site and select its Default Workflow on the General tab.
- Configure the Workflow's voice, including a supported voice model. Check that the selected Site theme exposes a voice control.
- Open the published Site as the intended visitor. Check microphone permission and start a voice interaction where the theme offers it.
- Test access as both an anonymous visitor and a signed-in Member when your Site supports both.
Site voice controls depend on the selected theme. Phone number routing rules do not configure browser calls.
Review Browser Calls
Browser voice interactions can have Call Recordings when workspace audio recording is enabled and audio was captured. A web Chat with a realtime interaction can offer playback alongside its transcript; a text-only web Chat does not.

For Developers
Start with the Chat Widget guide and Sites API. Check the capabilities of your widget or theme before planning a browser voice experience.
