Campaigns
A campaign describes the SMS messages sent under a brand, how recipients agree to receive them, and the evidence submitted for review.
Open your organization's Business Registration checklist and select Campaign registration. You can prepare and Save the campaign while its brand is in review; a saved campaign is not sent anywhere, so it can be shared and reviewed. Submit campaign for review becomes available once the brand is approved.
Describe the messages
- Select the campaign type offered for your brand. Eligibility may still be pending while the brand is under review. The type is fixed from the first submission on; changing it later means contacting support.
- Enter a Campaign description that matches the messages you intend to send.
- Enter two to five Sample messages, one per line. Use representative examples with fictional recipient details, not private messages copied from real recipients.
- Tick Messages contain links or Messages contain phone numbers if any message will.
- Save your changes.
The prefilled copy describes healthcare care coordination. Replace it wherever it does not describe your actual program. Use default restores the supplied wording; review that wording before submitting it.
Describe how recipients opt in
Complete these fields against your actual enrollment or notification-settings flow:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Opt-in checkbox label | The text displayed beside the SMS consent checkbox. |
| Disclosure | The accompanying SMS consent text. |
| Opt-in description | The steps a recipient takes to agree to messages. |
| START, STOP, and HELP replies | The reply text included in the campaign registration. |
| Privacy policy URL and Terms URL | Your published policy and terms pages. |
| Age-gated content | Whether this campaign contains age-restricted content. |
The checkbox label and disclosure also appear on enrollment forms linked to this brand. Check the live preview after editing them.
The registered keyword-reply fields describe what is submitted for review. Editing these fields does not change the product's live replies to START, STOP, or HELP.
Check the public evidence
The hosted evidence page is included in the submission. Open its preview and confirm that it accurately describes how this brand obtains consent.
If it does not, update the evidence wording, provide your own Opt-in evidence URL, or upload an evidence screenshot or PDF. Check your evidence link in a signed-out browser: reviewers must be able to see it without signing in.
Evidence uploads appear on the public evidence page. Use a demonstration with fictional details; remove private recipient information before uploading anything.
If you provide a custom opt-in description, check the submitted-text preview too: your description replaces the generated one, and the evidence and policy links are added to the end of it when it is submitted.
Submit and follow the status
- Save the campaign and check its preview.
- Select Submit campaign for review when the copy and evidence are ready. It saves any unsaved edits first and asks you to confirm.
- Return to the Business Registration checklist to follow the status.
Once submitted, the campaign is read-only while carriers review it and after they approve it; the checklist's View campaign opens it as submitted.
If review fails, the checklist offers Review and resubmit. Correct the fields or evidence the rejection identifies, then select Resubmit campaign. A resubmission edits the same campaign, so carriers do not charge for a second review.
