Form Filters

Form Filters narrow the entries in one Form. They do not select Members or Chats. The filter editor uses that Form's fields and the saved-filter selector lists filters for that Form.

This guide applies to Forms that store records. Anonymous Forms have a separate, read-only submissions table and do not offer these saved record filters.

Filter Entries

  1. Open Forms and select the Form.
  2. Open its Entries view.
  3. Expand the condition row with Edit.
  4. Add conditions using the fields, operators, and values offered by the editor. Use AND or OR groups when the conditions need to be combined.
  5. Review the matching entries as the list updates. Changing a condition returns the table to the first page.

The quick search box searches External ID. To filter by a Form field, use the condition editor instead of the quick search box.

Entries created by test runs are hidden from All entries (some entries from older test runs may still appear); choose Test entries from the filter menu to see them. Export includes all entries.

Save and Reuse a Filter

  1. Add complete conditions to the entries view.
  2. Choose the Save control, enter a filter name, and confirm with the checkmark.
  3. Select the saved filter from the filter selector when you return to the Form.

When a saved filter is selected, change its conditions and choose Save to update that filter. Choose All entries in the selector to return to the default view.

Reading entries and saving filters have different permissions. You can select an available saved filter with access to read records; saving requires permission to write records. If the Save control is absent, ask your workspace administrator about your access.
