TaskType = "chat" | "say" | "decision" | "actions"

The Task types a Workflow can contain: chat (the conversational Task, also stored as standard), say (speaks a literal script, then follows its complete outcome), decision (selects a typed Match or ordered CEL branch) and actions (runs its task:execute rules in order, then follows its complete outcome).
