Which sentence the card caption says. The client owns the words.
recent_passes when the card is passing only because its newest 3
grades (RECENT_PASS_STREAK) passed while an older one since the
change failed, so the words can say so rather than "all passed".
pass_ratio for any other card with grades since the test last
changed. Otherwise the first that applies, over those same runs: runs
that could not be graded, runs awaiting evaluation, runs still running;
then runs on this revision only from before the test changed, runs only
on other revisions, no runs at all.
