Interface: UpgradeInstallationRequest
POST /installations/\{uuid}/upgrade.
bindings supplies targets for slots the target version opens and
the installation does not already hold. New required Site or Workflow Inbox
slots must be supplied before an active release is replaced. Automatic upgrades with
unresolved required slots leave the held release in place for repair.
