A single named SMS message in the ability config

Jinja2 template for the default-locale body. Always sent when the caller is not using a language the message has a variant for.

AI-readable title like "Customer Docs Link"

variants?​

optional variants: SMSMessageVariantDef[]

Optional per-locale bodies. The agent picks the one matching the language the caller is speaking or writing; an en-US variant outranks the default body for English.
