One point on a card's chart: how this scenario did on a revision.
passRate is passed / graded on that point alone, null when
none of its runs was graded (never 0). state is that point's own
state, by the same server rule the card's state uses.
workflowRevisionNumber is null for the Draft.
segment is null for a point covering its revision the usual way —
every run of an earlier revision, or the board revision's runs since the
test last changed. before_test_change marks the board revision's
earlier runs, drawn as their own point just before the board point.
