Interface: UpdateRoutingRuleRequest
Partially update one routing rule.
Every field is optional and exclude_unset drives the update: an omitted
top-level field keeps its stored value. actionParams, when present, is a
complete replacement object rather than a nested merge. Changing channel or a binding FK moves the
rule to another precedence scope, which the service re-validates. Explicit
null leaves non-nullable scalar fields unchanged and clears nullable fields
such as callerMemberFilterId and templateUuid. The resulting configuration
must still satisfy binding and custom-window requirements.
