How each data row of the upload ended.
created + updated + unchanged + failed is the response's
total_rows. created and updated are committed record writes;
unchanged rows were accepted but wrote nothing; failed rows were
not imported.

Rows that were not imported. A row is counted once however many errors it has.

Rows that matched an existing record, passed authorization and validation, and changed nothing (no field history, no EventRule).
