One recorded move of an Assignment to a Task.

initiatorKind says what moved the Assignment. actorMemberId is set only for a Member-initiated move, and sourceToolCallId only for an Agent move whose tool call is known; both are None otherwise, including for every move recorded before attribution existed (those say system). toTaskName is None when the Task has since been deleted.
