One owner of a Member field key, for the CEL editor's provenance display.

Provenance only: the variable's path (member.fields["<key>"]) reads the highest-precedence present value of any owner and is never pinned to this one. formReference -- present only for a synced key whose live Form field the caller may read -- is the separate CEL path that addresses this one connection's Form field, built from the persisted Form and field slugs.
