Interface: InboxOutboundEmailStatsResponse
Aggregate counts and rates for one inbox's outbound send cohort.
Aggregate-only by construction: no Email id, address, subject, header
value, recipient digest or feedback event is part of this shape. Rates
are fractions (0.03 is 3%), null only when their denominator is
zero, and 0.0 when there is a denominator but nothing was recorded.
