Interface: ImportMappingSuggestion
A target row the operator MAY map an exported row to.
The server never applies a suggestion. To accept one, the caller sends
importMappings[entityType][sourceUuid] = targetUuid on the next
request. sourceUuid is the export's own key, so the caller can use it
as the mapping key. targetName is the target row's configuration name
for the authenticated operator's display.
