Interface: EscalationSignalsResponse

Per-message escalation signal scores (evals keystone A2).

The stored payload is EscalationSignalAssessment.to_payload(); its snake_case keys are accepted on the way in and serialize camelCase. PHI: scores concern a Member or advice given to them, so they travel only beside the content they describe (see Message.escalation_signals).
