Dashboards
Dashboards give your team a customizable home page — a set of named tabs, each composed from the widgets that matter to your work. Every workspace comes with a default Overview dashboard that assembles itself from the channels, workflows, and features active in your workspace. Once you start customizing, your changes are shared with the whole workspace.
Dashboard tabs
Dashboards appear as tabs at the top of the page. You can have as many as you need — one per team, one per shift, one per function.
To add a dashboard: Click + Add dashboard in the tab bar, give it a name, and press Enter.
To rename a dashboard: Open the ⋯ menu next to the tab and choose Rename.
To remove all widgets from a dashboard: Open the ⋯ menu and choose Remove all widgets. The dashboard itself remains and can be repopulated.
To reset to default widgets: Open the ⋯ menu and choose Reset to default widgets. This replaces the current widget list with the auto-composed defaults for your workspace.
To delete a dashboard: Open the ⋯ menu and choose Delete. This permanently removes the dashboard and all its widget configuration.
Tabs are ordered by creation time. The URL includes the dashboard identifier (?dashboard=<id>), so you can bookmark or share a specific tab directly.
Adding and removing widgets
Click Customize (top right of the tab bar) to open the widget palette. The palette is organized into three groups — Core, Lists & goals, and From workflows — and only shows widgets compatible with your workspace's active features.
To add a widget:
- On desktop, drag a widget from the palette onto the grid, or click the widget in the palette to place it automatically.
- On mobile and smaller screens, click Add next to a widget in the slide-in palette — drag-to-add isn't available on touch.
To remove a widget: Hover over the widget tile and click the × button in the floating toolbar.
Some widget types (Team notes, Member list, Chat list, Data records list, and the workflow stats widgets) allow multiple instances. You can add the same type several times with different configurations — for example, a notes card per team or a stats card per workflow.
Resizing and rearranging widgets
The dashboard grid has 12 columns. All layout changes require Customize to be open.
To move a widget: Grab the ⠿ grip handle in the widget's floating toolbar and drag it to a new position. Widgets push each other out of the way as you drag.
To resize a widget: Drag the resize handle at the bottom-right corner of the tile.
Widget heights are content-driven by default — each widget automatically fits its own content and never clips or leaves whitespace. Resizing a widget overrides this; drag the bottom edge upward to make a tile compact or downward to give a scrolling widget more room.
On narrow screens (below lg), the grid collapses to a single column and widgets stack vertically. Drag-and-drop is not available in single-column mode.

Adding workflow stats widgets from the Stats page
The three workflow widgets (stats, task distribution, feedback) are most easily added directly from Workflows → [workflow name] → Stats. Each section of the Stats page has an Add to dashboard hover toolbar — click it to pick which dashboard to add the widget to without opening the Customize palette.
Configuring widgets
Many widgets have per-tile settings accessible from the floating toolbar (the bar that appears when you hover over a tile). Look for the ⚙ or the additional controls between the grip and the close button.
Member list and Member lists widgets — configure sort field, sort direction, rows per page, and which columns appear (Name is always shown; Labels, Email, Phone, Role, and Added are toggleable and reorderable). The pinned Member lists widget also lets you pin or unpin member filters directly from the toolbar.
Today, by channel — configure which hours window to use for the volume stat.
Chat list — configure which saved filter to show, plus sort field, sort direction, and rows per page.
Data records list — configure which form to show and the rows per page.
Workflow stats widgets — switch which workflow the widget is bound to.
Tip of the Day widget
The Tip of the day widget shows a different product tip each day. Tips are workspace-specific — the same date shows a different tip in different workspaces.
To see another tip: Click Another tip in the widget. The widget advances to the next tip in the rotation and remembers your position for the rest of the day.
Tips reset to the day's default at midnight local time. Clicking Another tip does not advance the rotation permanently — if you reload the page on a different day, you start fresh from that day's tip.
Links inside a tip open either the in-app help drawer (for docs: links) or a deep link within your workspace (for app:page: links).
Who can edit dashboards
Dashboards are shared workspace configuration — they are not per-member. Anyone with workspace:write permission can add, remove, rename, and delete dashboards and their widgets. Members with read-only access see the dashboards but cannot customize them.
