Integrations connect your workspace to external systems:

Available Integrations​

Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and Sheets​

Connect a Google account so assistants can use that person's mailbox, calendars, Drive, and spreadsheets:

  • Two-way Google Calendar sync with workspace calendars
  • Read and search Gmail from a chat
  • Find files in Drive
  • Find, read, and write Google Sheets

Personal @gmail.com accounts can usually connect on their own. Google Workspace accounts on a company domain often cannot until a Super Admin marks Gravity Rail as Trusted. Sign-in with Google can still work on that same domain — login only asks who you are; the connectors ask for the mailbox, calendar, or files. See Google Workspace Accounts.

How AI Uses Integrations​

Reading external data:

AI sees from CRM that member recently purchased Product X, proactively asks about their experience.

Writing to external systems:

When appointment is booked, event created in Google Calendar and CRM updated automatically.

Healthcare (FHIR)​

For healthcare workflows:

  • Patient matching via email, phone, or MRN
  • Clinical data access with patient consent
  • Appointment sync with practice management
  • HIPAA-compliant data handling

EHR integrations require Enterprise plan and implementation support.
