How It Works

Emails arrive at your inbox address. If a workflow is connected, AI reads the email, understands it, and sends an appropriate reply.

Creating an Inbox

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email Inboxes
  2. Click Create Inbox
  3. Enter name and email prefix
  4. Optionally connect a workflow
  5. Configure role permissions

Your inbox is active at {prefix}@{workspace}.gravityrail.com
