Create separate inboxes for different purposes:

Each can have different workflows and permissions.
AI-Powered Responses
Connect inboxes to workflows for automated responses:
Incoming: "I'd like to schedule an appointment for next Tuesday."
AI: "I'd be happy to help! I have availability at 10am, 2pm, and 4pm. Which works best?"
Email Threading
Conversations are automatically grouped. Replies link to originals, preserving full context across exchanges.

How It Works
Email Arrives → Workflow Triggered → AI Responds

Emails arrive at your inbox address. If a workflow is connected, AI reads the email, understands it, and sends an appropriate reply.
Creating an Inbox
- Navigate to Settings > Email Inboxes
- Click Create Inbox
- Enter name and email prefix
- Optionally connect a workflow
- Configure role permissions
Your inbox is active at {prefix}@{workspace}.gravityrail.com
