# Build a treatment support Journey

## Treatment adherence support

A patient in treatment may need practical help between visits. Here's what we'll build.

## Treatment adherence support

Staff fill in their Treatment adherence record.

## Treatment adherence support

We send the patient a check-in email.

## Treatment adherence support

We wait for their answer.

## Treatment adherence support

If they want support, we tell their coordinator and thank them.

## Treatment adherence support

If not, we send a short note.

## Treatment adherence support

Once they've answered, we stop.

## Treatment adherence support

A Journey is how we put it all together.

## Treatment adherence record

First, the Form that holds their record.

## Create the Treatment adherence Form

In Knowledge, create a Treatment adherence Form. Add Support requested as a Boolean: yes or no.

## Check-in email

Now the Journey itself, starting with the check-in email.

## Create the Journey

In Journeys, create a V2 Journey and name its first step.

## Auto enroll the program

Auto Enroll: members with the Enrolled label join automatically.

## Ask about support

Add a Send Email action asking if they need help following their treatment.

## Wait for answer

Next, waiting for their answer.

## Wait for the recorded answer

Add a step that waits until Support requested is recorded.

## Create two explicit answers

Then add one step for each answer.

## Route yes and no

Yes goes one way, No the other. With no answer yet, it keeps waiting.

## Yes: inform coordinator

Next, when they want support.

## Hand a request to staff

On the Yes step, the Support Coordinator gets a notification to follow up.

## Acknowledge the request

Their email says the team will review the request.

## No: short note

And when they don't.

## Acknowledge the other answer

No gets a short check-in note.

## Stop once answered

Finally, when to stop.

## Reach the End

Both answers then reach the End.

## The treatment support Journey

That's the treatment support Journey, built and ready to review.
