## Configuring workspace settings

Set the timezone and business hours your team works by, and find where channels and integrations live.

## Open Settings

Open the workspace menu and choose Workspace settings. General holds your workspace name, language, and timezone.

## Set the timezone

Choose the timezone your team works in; it anchors schedules and business hours. A change stays unsaved until you Save changes — or Discard, as here.

## Define business hours

Business Hours is when your team is available to take escalations and calls. Turn a day off to mark it closed. Call routing lives with your phone numbers.

## Find channels and integrations

Connections is where channels and integrations live: Phone, Inboxes, and connected apps like Salesforce.

## Timezone and business hours

Your timezone and business hours live in Settings, where you can find and change them for the whole workspace. More at docs.gravityrail.com.
