## Using the Manager

The Workspace Manager helps you find and configure workspace settings through chat. Ask a question in plain language, then follow the path it shows.

## Open Manager AI

Open Manager AI in the sidebar. It is a chat for inspecting and configuring your workspace.

## Ask a question

Ask a question in plain language. For example: “Where do I change the workspace timezone?” The Manager answers from your workspace.

## Approve, and it takes you there

The Manager asks before it acts. Approve the step it proposes and it opens Workspace settings — General, where the timezone lives.

## Open Settings

For workspace-wide choices like timezone and business hours, open the workspace menu and choose Workspace settings. You make the change yourself.

## Ask, then change it in Settings

Ask the Manager when you are unsure where a setting lives. Read its answer, then make the change in Settings. More at docs.gravityrail.com.
